Marinade
4 tbsp light soy sauce
4 tbsp tomato sauce
4 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp black paper
8 cloves garlic
8 shallots
2 tbsp lemon grass (slices)
1 tbsp chopped daun limau purut (kaffir lime leaves)
