Oyster Fritter

• 2 Cups Oysters (drained and chopped)
• 4 Eggs
• 2 Cups milk
• 3 Cups flour
• 4 tsp Baking powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Oil for deep frying

How to make Oyster Fritter:
Beat the eggs.
Add eggs, baking powder, milk, salt and pepper in flour.
Mix it well to make a batter.
Stir the oyster in the batter.
Heat the oil.
Drop batter by tablespoonfuls in heated oil.
Deep fry till golden brown.
