Salmon with Garlic Sesame Spinach

For Salmon:

Season and grilled/baked salmon the way you like it.
Some idea; lemon, pepper, butter, garlic, salt..


For Spinach:


  • 400gm fresh spinach, cleaned
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • pinch of teaspoon salt


  1. Heat a pan. Pour-in olive and sesame oils.
  2. Put-in the garlic after a few seconds. Make sure that the oils are not too hot to prevent the garlic from browning.
  3. Add the spinach. Cook for a few minutes while stirring once in a while.
  4. Sprinkle salt. Stir.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate together with the salmon and serve.

Hubby cakap sedap, lain kali buat la lagi.

*This is not the local spinach ya, bukan bayam dan bukan kangkung.Tapi kalau nak guna yang local pun boleh gak kot, ntah la.
*Kalau nak makan tanpa nasi, letak garam sikit je dah cukup, kalau nak makan ngan nasi, boleh la tambah garam lagi.
