- 350g Pork Ribs or Pork Chops
Marinade:
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 tablespoon Corn Flour
Sauce:
- 1 1/2 tablespoon A1 Steak Sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon HP Sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
- 5 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Corn Flour
- add in same some vinegar for a bit of sour taste (optional)
- add in sesame seed (optional)

How to do it:
- Marinate pork in the marinade for at least an hour.
- Deep fry the pork till cooked.
- Mix sauce well and pour into a wok.
- Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add in the pork and toss to coat well with sauce.
- Dish and serve.
