Kek Lapis Watermelon

Bahan:
Telur 25 kuning , 2 putih
Better 440gm (Buttercup spread)
Sugar 250gm
Flour 120gm
Essence vanilla 1 teaspoon
Condensed milk 2 table spoon
Ovalette 1 table spoon / cake emulsifier / 25

Cara:
1. Pukul butter sampai putih, masukkan condensed milk dan essence vanilla
2. Pukul telur & gula & ovalette
3. Campur 1 & 2 sedikit demi sedikit, masukkan flour in between
4. Warnakan adunan
1 layer = 3 tablespoon
hijau 3 layer = 9 tablespoon
plain 1 layer = 3 tablespoon
merah selebihnya
5. Bakar dalam api 250 degree atas sahaja
6. Kecilkan api ke 210 degree masa cake dah nak masak
