Crab Stick Snack

Ingredient:
  • 1 packet crab stick 
  • Curry leaves
  • Flour
  • Curry paste and salt to taste
  • Oil
Method:
  1. Wash the crab stick and let it dry.
  2. Separate it into smaller stick (siat-siat).
  3. Marinate it with flour curry paste, salt and curry leave.
  4. Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Heat up the oil and deep fry (medium heat).
  6. Make sure the color turns to golden brown to make it crispy.
  7. Ready to serve or keep in air-tight container.
