Ingredient:
- 1 packet crab stick
- Curry leaves
- Flour
- Curry paste and salt to taste
- Oil
Method:
- Wash the crab stick and let it dry.
- Separate it into smaller stick (siat-siat).
- Marinate it with flour curry paste, salt and curry leave.
- Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Heat up the oil and deep fry (medium heat).
- Make sure the color turns to golden brown to make it crispy.
- Ready to serve or keep in air-tight container.
