Banana Cake (cup measurement)

Ingredients

  • 125 gm butter
  • 3/4 cups caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 banana mashed ripe
  • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1/4 cups milk 

Method

  •   Melt the butter, sugar and vanilla in a medium sized saucepan.
  •   Remove from heat.
  •   Add mashed bananas and stir through until just blended.
  •   Add egg and mix in well. Stir in flour, add milk and mix lightly.
  •   Bake at 170C for approximately 40 minutes.
