Avocado drink

This is my favourite way of taking/eating avocados..

Ingredients:
-Avocado
-Fresh milk
-Palm sugar/Gula melaka/ gula apong

Method:
-Blend avocado with fresh milk.
-Serve cold with gula melaka/apong.

Blend avocado and milk together

Result after the blend

Serve cold with generous amount of gula apong/melaka (here I add in more fresh milk right before serving)

Note:
*the secret ingredient for this drink is the gula melaka, without that you wont be getting the best result.
**use less milk to serve as dessert; use more milk to serve as drink.

Papaya Milk Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup cubed, extra ripe papaya
1 cup milk
2 cups of ice cubes
2 Tablespoons sugar

Instructions:

  1. Put the papaya into the blender with the milk and blend.
  2. Slowly pour in the sugar.
  3. Blend until smooth and serve.

Vanilla Ice Cream
You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the papaya milk and it will give it a rich creamy taste!

Apple Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

3 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tbsp of Hershey's Chocolate
1 cup oc ice cubes
1 banana
1 apple cut into slices

Directions:

Blend the apple, banana, peanut butter and ice cubes while adding the chocolate until sweet enough and a smooth texture is formed.

Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 banana cut into chucks
3 tbsp of peanut butter
1 cup of milk( or soy milk)
1/2 cup of yogurt

Directions:

Blend the banana with milk until bananas are well blended. Next mix the yogurt with the peanut butter together before blending them. Add them to the blender and blend till smooth, creamy texture is formed. If a sweeter taste is preferred, chocolate syrup may be added as well.

Mango and Orange Smoothies

Ingredients:
1 large mango diced and chilled
1 banana
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 cup of orange juice
6 ice cubes

Directions:
Blend the orange juice, yogurt and banana till well mixed. Next add the ice cubes and mango and continue blending till mango is mixed in.

Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 1/2 banana cut into chunks and frozen
2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup or your favorite melted chocolate
1/2 cup of yogurt
1 cup of milk
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blend until bananas are really mixed and chocolate is swirled.

  • Strawberries
  • Oranges
  • Peaches

Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup of whole milk
1 cup yogurt(preferabbly strawberry banana yogurt)
4 large strawberries

Directions:
Blend the banana and strawberries with the milk and yogurt until a smooth cremy texture is formed.

Apple Carrot Juice

Ingredients
  • 4 large carrots
  • 2 sweet apples (Red, Pink Lady, Gala, Fuji)

Directions
1. Wash and peel carrots.
2. Core apples.
3. Place carrots and apples in juicer.
4. Pour into glass and drink!

Carrot Juice Vanilla Float

Ingredients:
8 Large Fresh Cleaned Carrots
2 Large Scoops Of Vanilla Ice Cream
